can I place a bid?
The
2008 Stallion Season Auction starts at 8:00am PST on November 17,
2008 and ends at 5:00pm PST on December 2, 2008.
How
do I place a bid?
You may bid as
often as you wish. Bids may be placed online or by telephone.

number, name of stallion and amount of bid.

How
are the breeding contracts handled?
Terms of the breeding agreement are issued by the stallion owner of
the farm where the stallion stands. GEVA inc. has no involvement in
the terms or conditions of the breeding agreement. GEVA merely provides
the season for auction without any further liability.
Booking fees may apply. For breeds other than Thoroughbreds, AI and
shipped semen may be available.
When
will the winning bidders be announced?
The winning bidders will be posted on the website and
at Golden Gate Fields and Bay Meadows Racecourse.
How
& when do I pay?
Payment
is due in full on or before December 15, 2008. You may pay with check
or cash. Make checks payable to:

Bids are tax decuctible
to the extent allowed by the Internal Revenue Service.
When
is the next Stallion Season Auction?
Our Default Stallion Season Auction will be January 4-10, 2009.
What
if I decide not to use the season?
If any
winners decide not to use the season(s) they have bid on, please let
us know so we can either put them back in for the draw or use them
to raise additional funds. That is up to the party returning the season.
How
often are the current bids on the website updated?
The website will
be updated once a day. For more current information you may call us
